Made exclusively from Xynisteri grapes, this wine has aromas of citrus fruit, tropical notes, has a light body, balanced acidity, and fruity flavour. Enjoy with salads, fish or on its own as an aperitif.
100% Xynisteri – Organic Certified Mandria Vineyard
Fermented on natural yeast followed by maturation sur-lees. The aroma is complex with floral, citrussy and sweet spice notes and the weight on the palate makes it a delight with grilled fish and poultry.
70% Sémillon – 30% Sauvignon Blanc
This wine was partly barrel fermented and has an intense and complex aromatic bouquet of blossoms, fruit and sweet spice. Enjoy with fish, pasta with white sauce or grilled chicken
