- A guided tasting of four wines produced with indigenous grape varieties including a selection from our Protected Designation of Origin and Single Vineyard ranges.
- A barrel sample of our top-quality Commandaria.
- A platter of halloumi, lountza, seasonal fruit, and bread with organic olive oil, of our own production.
- A behind-the-scenes tour of the production area and cellar with our knowledgeable host.

Seasonal Wine Selection

- A guided tasting of four wines from our premium Zambartas Range.
- A platter of halloumi, lountza, seasonal fruit, and bread with organic olive oil, of our own production.
- A behind-the-scenes tour of the production area and cellar with our knowledgeable host.

- A guided comparative tasting of three pairs of wines, from our Zambartas, Protected Designation or Origin and Single Vineyard range. Designed to highlight different grape varieties, styles and winemaking approaches.
