  • 90% Xynisteri, 10% Muscat of Alexandria
    Made from a blend of the indigenous variety Xynisteri and the aromatic Egyptian variety ‘Muscat of Alexandrias’, this wine has aromas of citrus fruit, tropical notes, has a light body, balanced acidity, and fruity flavour. Enjoy with salads, fish or on its own as an aperitif.

  • 100% Xynisteri – Organic Certified Mandria Vineyard
    Fermented on natural yeast followed by maturation sur-lees. The aroma is complex with floral, citrussy and sweet spice notes and the weight on the palate makes it a delight with grilled fish and poultry.

  • 100% Promara
    Grape origin: Lasa Village, Polemi Region, south western slopes of Troodos, calcareous soil, 12 year old bush vines.

    Promara is a long forgotten white grape variety indigenous to Cyprus. It is the first Cypriot grape variety to ripen every year hence its name.  Currently, the Promara vineyards represent less than 1% of the total vineyard area in Cyprus.

    Our Promara has a complex aromatic profile of stone and citrus fruit. Medium body with refreshing acidity and long aftertaste.

  • 70% Sémillon – 30% Sauvignon Blanc
    This wine was partly barrel fermented and has an intense and complex aromatic bouquet of blossoms, fruit and sweet spice. Enjoy with fish, pasta with white sauce or grilled chicken

  • 100% Xynisteri
    Refreshing aroma of citrus and stone fruits. Crisp acidity and lingering aftertaste. Drink on its own or with salads, light meals & fish.
