Promara 2021 Released

After a succesful introduction of Promara last year, we have now released the second vintage of this indigenous variety. The Zambartas Promara 2021, was produced in a limited number of 1338 bottles and is now available at the winery, in our webshop and at limited restaurants throughout the island.

The Promara has a complex aromatic profile of stone and citrus fruits, a medium body with refreshing acidity and a long aftertaste.

Promara represents only 1% of the Cypriot vineyards and is a rare variety with a promising future in the Cyprus wine world. We are excited to work with this variety, discovering its potential and crafting it towards a distinctive style.
