100% Mavro grapes– Mandria village, 900m, Polemia region.
Vinification: Brief skin macerating period to achieve the desired colour. Wild fermentation takes place at cold temperature in 500-liter stainless steel tank. Sur-lees maturation for 5 months follows and the wine is bottled without stabilisation. Tartrate crystals might form.
Tasting notes: Complex aromatic profile of floral and herbal notes. Medium body with refreshing acidity and long aftertaste.
