Description
Grape type: 100% Promara- Lasa, Polemi and Mandria
Vinification: This grape naturally has very thick, dense skins, meaning it produces less juice per kilo of grapes but often results in wines with great character and concentration. Fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in used oak, and aged on the lees for five months, the wine develops a lovely balance of bright freshness with extra texture and depth.
Tasting notes: A complex wine with a combination of both stone and citrus fruits, as well as layers of honey and toasted notes.
Food pairing: Perfect for fish dishes including sushi and grilled fish, also great to pair with a cheese board.
