Description
Vinification: This Xynisteri is a fresh expression of Cyprus’ most widely planted indigenous white variety, sourced from high-altitude vineyards across the Limassol region. Fermented mostly in stainless steel with a small portion in oak, using different temperatures to build a range of aromas, the wine is bright, balanced and full of character.
Tasting notes: A refreshing wine with aromas of citrus, white flowers, stone fruits and some bergamot.
Food pairing: This wine can be drank on its own but also pairs beautifully with grilled halloumi, green salad and legumes.
