September marks one of the busiest months of the year at Zambartas Wineries. Whilst we start the harvest of the grapes in early August, it is in September that the bulk of the work is done. Grapes that were harvested previous month are fermenting and need constant attention, and at the same time we receive tons of grapes to process.
