SIR Accreditation
Zambartas Wineries is honoured to have received the Sound Industrial Relations 2014 (SIR2014) accreditation by the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation. The SIR2014 certification is provided after the successful evaluation of Zambartas Wineries’ human resources management procedures in the context of the “Healthy Industrial Relations – Contemporary Enterprises” project, which is co-financed by the Republic of Cyprus and the European Social Fund.
The SIR2014 standard is a tool for the proper implementation of the Cypriot labour law and practice. The award of this certificate is another milestone in Zambartas Wineries’ commitment to our employees and the promotion of a healthy and safe working environment. Sound industrial relations, the promotion of equality in employment, and the application of healthy human resource management procedures continue to be a primary goal in the way we run our winery and encourage our team.
