Release of the Single Vineyard Range

We are happy to announce that we have the complete Single Vineyard Range available again.

A unique range of wines with very limited number of bottles produced of each label. With this range we focus on the vineyards, the local grape varieties and their natural habitat. All the wines are produced with limited intervention winemaking, which means we do not (or lightly) filter and do not stabalize the wines. Natural (and completely non harmful) crystals might form in the wines over time as a result of this. In this way, we believe, we can best express the unique terroir of Cyprus in the bottle and present a range of wines that is close to its origins.
