Description
Cyprus’ lime soils and the microclimate of the selected vineyards have gracefully matured the Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes which yielded this dry and textured white wine. Our Cypriot interpretation of this classic blend was partly barrel fermented and aged on lees for 3 months giving the wine more body and complexity.
Zambartas Sémillon – Sauvignon Blanc has an intense and complex aromatic bouquet reminiscent of lemon blossoms, red grapefruit, peach, pear, hints of sweet spice and a full, lingering taste.
