Description
The Mediterranean variety Mataro and the indigenous variety Yiannoudi are very well acclimatized to Cyprus warm summers and together produce an elegant medium bodied red wine. Yiannoudi is one of the upcoming local varieties of Cyprus, of which we have planted two vineyards.
The fruity aroma, the balanced acidity and the soft tannins of this wine make it ideal for hot days and nights. Enjoy this wine as an aperitif, with white meat or pasta.
