Description
Grape type: 76% Mataro and 24% Yiannoudi- Omodos, Mandria, Pachna and Vasa.
Vinification: This red blend brings together Mataro and Yiannoudi from high-altitude vineyards across Limassol and Paphos. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for six months between used oak and steel, it’s a medium-bodied wine with a creamy texture, layered fruit, and subtle spice. With 8,000 bottles produced, it’s a structured yet approachable wine that can develop beautifully over 4–6 years.
Tasting notes: Flavours of both red and dark fruits with notes of sweet spices and black pepper.
Food pairing: This wine is the ultimate match for Cypriot meze.
