We welcome you to visit our winery and experience a real taste of Cyprus.
We offer different options, depending on your time, groups size and budget.
All experiences are available daily, by prior appointment. Our tours take place at 1100h, 1300h and 1500h. Same day reservations and walk- ins are welcome, but cannot be guaranteed availability of a tour & tasting.

EXPERIENCE 1
Winemaker’s Selection

Enjoy a guided tasting of four wines hand-selected by our winemaker, Marcos Zambartas, concluding with an exclusive barrel sample of our Commandaria.
This experience focuses on wines made exclusively from indigenous Cypriot grape varieties, including limited-production selections from our PDO and Single Vineyard ranges. Crafted using organic and regenerative viticulture, these wines express the distinct character of our local terroir.

- A platter of halloumi, lountza, seasonal fruit, and fresh bread with organic olive oil

Enjoy a curated tasting of four premium wines from our Zambartas Range, showcasing both indigenous and international grape varieties. This experience offers a rich expression of Cypriot winemaking, with wines that reveal layers of citrus and tropical fruit, herbs and florals, red and black berries, ripe fruit, and sweet spice.
