All experiences are available daily, by prior appointment. Same day reservations and walk- ins are welcome, but cannot be guaranteed availability of a tour & tasting.

Winemaker’s Selection

Enjoy a guided tasting of four wines hand-selected by our winemaker, Marcos Zambartas, concluding with an exclusive barrel sample of our Commandaria.
This experience focuses on wines made exclusively from indigenous Cypriot grape varieties, including limited-production selections from our PDO and Single Vineyard ranges. Crafted using organic and regenerative viticulture, these wines express the distinct character of our local terroir.

- A platter of halloumi, lountza, seasonal fruit, and fresh bread with organic olive oil
