[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Grape Type: 85% Mavro, 10% Xynisteri, 5% other indigenous varieties (including Maratheftiko, Yiannoudi, Kanella and Ofthalmo)- Organically Certified Agios Nikolaos Vineyard.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vinification: Single Vineyard Margelina is a field blend led by Mavro and grown at 950m in Agios Nikolaos. Fermented with indigenous yeasts using the pied de cuv\u00e9e method in stainless steel and then aged for six months in used oak, it\u2019s a medium-bodied red with plenty of depth. With only around 900 bottles produced, it\u2019s a small, characterful expression of Cyprus\u2019 native varieties.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes: A delicate mix of cherries, strawberries, blackcurrants, red pepper, liquorice and preserved red fruit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
