[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Grape type: 100% Xynisteri \u2013 Organic Certified Mandria Vineyard<\/p>\n

Vinification: Made from 100% Xynisteri grapes grown at high altitude in Mandria in the PDO Krasochoria region. Fermented with indigenous yeasts using the pied de cuv\u00e9e method and aged in oak barrels for 6 months. The oak barrels used for ageing are topped with Acacia wood, which adds delicate floral and spice notes while letting the natural fruit shine. <\/span>Bottled without stabilisation, what\u2019s in the bottle is as close as possible to what was grown in the vineyard.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes: Floral, citrus fruits, light spice and hints of sourdough. Medium bodied with a soft, creamy texture and surprising depth.<\/p>\n
