Vinification: This wine is a bold blend of Shiraz and Lefkada, some of which is grown just 1\u202fkm from our winery. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for a year in a mix of new, second use and third use oak, it’s a full bodied wine with silky tannins, layered dark fruit, and subtle spice. This wine can age gracefully for 8\u201310 years, revealing new layers with time spent in the bottle.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes: A powerful wine with world class weigh and complexity. This wine has blackberries, vanilla, sweet spices and cardamom with a subtle smoky depth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
